We have 10 years’ experience in ecology managing a variety of high value and complex projects. We have the knowledge, expertise and experience to provide a complete ecological service; surveys, mitigation, advice and reporting and is a specialist on invertebrates and dormice. We have expert knowledge of wildlife legislation, planning policy and guidance allowing him to advise clients accordingly.

 

We have managed the ecological aspects of sites over hundreds of hectares in size with complex ecological issues such as areas receiving European legal protection and has worked on some of the UK's largest development projects in the last few years. We have experience writing and providing technical checks on detailed reports and analysis and because of his expertise regularly provides training to others on a variety of topics. We have licences to survey for four European protected species and we have been the named ecologist on mitigation licences including those involving Natural England's Complex Case Licencing Panel. We have written ecological management plans, Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIAs) and Habitat Regulations Assessments (HRAs) for sites with a wide range of ecological factors.
